Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Project Oversight: Manage and supervise daily construction or operational activities.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate the efforts of on-site personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring everyone is working towards projects.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to PM on site progress, challenges and resolutions.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve on site issues promptly, making decision to keep project on track.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure on site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
• Communication: Maintain effective communication channels with PM, sales clients and on-site personnel.

Job Requirement

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
