About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Seng Wee Construction SB' in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and progress of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or challenges and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
