About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Contract Position) to join our dynamic team at RENOssance Interior Sdn. Bhd. in Kulai, Johor. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with strict timelines and budgets.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
2. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
3. Monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
4. Report progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager
5. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
6. Check materials and workmanship quality
7. Attend site meetings and prepare basic reports
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
