Job Description
- To coordinate, review and verify contractor and consultant document issuance (project timeline, method of statement, drawings, material submission, Operation & Manual documents, etc).
- To supervise, monitor and review contractors claim, project progress, daily site operation in term of quality, scope, time according to the contract or any relevant standards.
- To provide daily site operational report, organizing work schedule, perform regular inspections, assist in planning work activities, etc.
- To conduct and verify project inspection, testing and commissioning and handover procedures with all parties related.
- Other necessary works related to project management department.
- Knowledge about engineering, project management and contracts components with recognised institution
- Proven experience as a site supervisor on construction and utilities projects i.e., water, power, telco, civil, etc.
