- Take charge of overall site coordination to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Monitor daily on-site activities and supervise subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress.
- Track project progress closely, identify potential issues early, and implement practical solutions to minimise delays.
- Ensure workmanship meets company standards before handover, including conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
- Coordinate material deliveries, manage site resources, and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
- Communicate regularly with the internal design team and management to provide updates on site progress.
