Job Description

                    Key Responsibilities:  Supervise and monitor all M&E installation works, including electrical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, ACMV, and other building services. 
Coordinate M&E activities with architectural, structural, and civil works to avoid clashes and delays. 
Ensure subcontractors perform works according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications. 
Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on technical and site matters. 
Monitor work progress and provide updates to the Project Manager. 
Conduct regular inspections to ensure M&E works comply with project requirements and quality standards. 
Identify and rectify defects, non-conformances, and workmanship issues. 
Assist in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
