About the role

As a Site Supervisor at Bonus Merit Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities at our site in Menggatal, Sabah. This full-time position requires hands-on leadership and strong organisational skills to ensure the successful execution of our construction projects.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including tradespeople, labourers and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, quality and compliance with plans, specifications and safety regulations
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner
• Manage site logistics, including material and equipment procurement and inventory
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and other stakeholders
