Job Description

Site Supervisor – Sewer & Watermain 
Supporting the Project Manager, the Site Supervisor role supervises and oversees construction projects from start to finish. They provide direction and guidance to forepersons, subcontractors, and workers to ensure a safe and productive workplace. Additional functions include estimating and bidding jobs as well as scheduling work with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Schedule, organize and direct the construction activities in accordance with the OHSA, SLG’s H&S Policy and project requirements.

Ensure that all assignments are completed on time and within budget.

Instruct all job personnel in a clear, concise manner on all construction and safety aspects of the job when directing work tasks. Maintain safe equipment operation on site and ensure the safety of all site members.
