About the role

Boon Boon Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Pekan, Pahang. As a full-time Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
2. Monitor daily site activities and productivity, reporting any issues or concerns to the management team
3. Ensure all necessary equipment, materials and resources are available on-site to support construction activities
4. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address questions, concerns and resolve any conflicts
