Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure project progress at site to follow the stipulated project plan/timeline.
• Attend site and prepare project progress update.
• Check site progress and record all activities and materials used every day.
• To liaise/coordinate/monitor/inspect the progress & quality of the work of the subordinates/ general workers/ nominated sub-contractors.
• Report to the superior regarding site update/status/condition.
• Ensure that work at site shall be in compliance with safety regulations at site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate meeting when necessary.
