Site inspector at construction sites to ensure the work meets construction specifications, standards, requirements and local code regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project progress at site to follow the stipulated project plan/timeline.
• Attend site and prepare project progress update.
• Check site progress and record all activities and materials used every day.
• Coordinate/monitor/inspect the progress and quality of work of the subordinates/general workers/nominated sub-contractors.
• Report to the superior regarding site update/status/condition.
• Ensure that work at site complies with safety regulations at site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate meetings when necessary.
