Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Monitor site progress against schedule; report delays, plan corrective actions.
• Coordinate site inspections, joint inspections, and handovers
• Check materials delivered to site: compliance, condition, fit for purpose.
• Enforce all safety policies, safe working procedures, and PPE usage.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub‑contractors, and internal teams (design, procurement, safety, quality) to ensure alignment.
• Identify defects, arrange remedial works, ensure completion before handover
• Assist in procurement / ordering of site materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain site records: drawings revisions, variation orders, non-conformance reports, test results

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering /Civil Engineering or equivalent fields
