Site Supervisor – Residential Project

Creative Interiors Pvt Ltd is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage a residential construction project in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential site work, including grey structure and finishing stages, and should be able to handle daily site operations efficiently.
Project Timeline
Duration: 8–10 months (full project execution)
Work Hours: Full-time on-site
Reporting: Daily progress updates to Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day construction activities from foundation to finishing stage
Manage on-site labor teams and coordinate subcontractors
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings
Monitor grey structure work (foundation, columns, slabs, masonry, plaster)
Supervise finishing works (tiles, paint, ceilings, joinery, electrical/plumbing coordination)
Check incoming materials, proper storage, ...
