Key Responsibilities
Assist the Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations.
Supervise and guide team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and workload management.
Handle minor conflicts or operational issues and escalate complex problems to the Supervisor.
Prepare reports on team performance, productivity, and operational issues as needed.
Support in training new employees and maintaining team morale.
Maintain clear and effective communication between the Supervisor and team members.
