Site Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct pre-deployment orientation of newly hired employees on policies, procedures, and quality standards on how to perform the job
• Create a training module/manual based on the services to be provided to the client
• Conduct regular and continuous training for the deployed employees
• Conduct post-training evaluation to solicit feedback and recommendations to further improve training courses and quality services
• Monitor the quality of work being carried out on site to ensure the client's satisfaction is achieved
• Conduct site inspection to check on compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Submit a Weekly Report of findings, observations to the South Operations Team based on the site inspection being conducted and operations updates
• Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time
