Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervising and overseeing the project ensuring that specifications and requirements are met.
• Reviewing progress to ensure datelines are met.
• Attending meetings & liaising with other departments within the company, clients, other construction professionals.
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers.
• Checking and preparing site reports.
• Maintaining quality control procedures.
• Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up.
• Assessing and minimizing risks.
• Other site management related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Must possess own transport (car or motorbike).
• Must have min 1 year experience in site-in-progress works.
• Must be proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
