Job Description: M&E Site Supervisor

As the M&E Site Supervisor for a main contractor company, you shall be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, quality standards, and project schedules. You will work closely with the Site Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.

1. M&E Works Supervision

• Supervise daily M&E site activities including electrical, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection, ELV, HVAC, and other related systems.
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Coordinate M&E works with architectural and structural trades to avoid clashes and rework.
