Site Supervisor (Senior/Junior) Based in JB

Carry out work inspection and general administrative duties such as site activities records, filing of documents.

Supervise sub-contractors, machine operators and general workers, to ensure the work progress, workmanship and quality meet the requirement.

Check and receive materials from suppliers, to ensure all delivered materials meet the approved specification.

Daily monitor materials quantity to ensure materials are enough for site activities.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Lead and coach site safety team, to create a proactive health and safety culture in the company.

Provide regular updates and reports to superiors.

Able to work overtime depending on site progress.

To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
