SITE SUPERVISOR

Full job description

Responsibilities :

-Manage and supervise daily construction or operational activities.

-Coordinate the efforts of on-site personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring everyone is working towards projects deliverables.

-Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

-Provide regular update to Project Manager / Engineer for on-site progress, challenges and resolutions.

-Address and resolve on-site issue promptly, making decisions to keep project on track.

-Ensure on-site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

-Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

-Maintain accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Requirements :

-Candidate must possess tertiary qualification. SKM certificate / Diploma / Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related.
