Site Supervisor

Our Site Supervisors provide support to Site Managers by executing and coordinating day‑to‑day site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a team of skilled and semi‑skilled workers to perform daily operations
• Ensuring that site work is carried out in an efficient and timely manner
• Receiving and verifying materials and tools delivered by the suppliers and HQ

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience on site, or 6 years experience for those without academic qualifications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours
• Computer literacy would be an added advantage
