Site Supervisor

Assist Project Manager / Construction Manager / M&E Manager to manage and execute the M&E work so that the project will complete in accordance with the authority requirement and consultant design, at the same time meet the safety, quality and schedule requirement.
Duties and Responsibility
Develop, plan and supervise M&E works (Mechanical – HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary / Gas,  Fire Protection. Electrical  – Power & Lighting, Earthing & Lightning Protection, Extra Low Voltage System, Lift installation, Fire Alarm etc). Coordinate M&E works with all aspects of construction and liase with Client, building professionals, sub-contractors. Monitor project status, site progress and update project schedule. Expected to provide solutions for M&E technical issues. Maintain the record of the site event / activities and preparation of analysis report.
