Site Supervisor

The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will actively support operations management to safely and successfully deliver daily production plans in accordance with company’s values, legislation and HSEQ procedures. With a strong spirit on continuous improvement this role will deliver outcomes that benefit both the site and the broader Dyno Nobel business.

What you’ll bring

Leveraging your strong relationship and teamwork attitude, this role will see you engage key internal and external stakeholders to drive a performance culture through the achievement of key performance indicators (both business and individual) and continuous improvement.

Being passionate about all team members coming to work and putting their best foot forward 👣, this role will participate in the training of site personnel in current training & HSEQ competencies where required. 📚
