Site Supervisor, Special Projects

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise a team of CIM and Special Projects technicians to ensure they perform their work effectively, safely, and to the required standards
- Use KPIs to monitor individual and team performance, take appropriate action to share successes, address shortcomings, and make improvements
- Follow up on ongoing projects and address their needs and the quality of work
- Optimize workforce availability by monitoring and approving vacation requests and managing absences against capacity requirements.
- Perform QSE follow-up in cooperation with the QSE department
- Ensure effective two-way communication between CIM Special Projects technicians and the Regional Office.
- Develop Blades technicians, including annual evaluations, identifying training needs, delivering training, on-site training, and training on best practices to create and maintain a high-performance team.
