Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day running of our construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget. This role is fundamental to achieving project success, combining hands-on leadership with strong organisation and communication.

You will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, manage labour, plant and materials, and ensure all works are carried out in line with design, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with Site Agents, Project Managers, and other stakeholders, you will monitor progress, resolve issues as they arise, maintain accurate site records, and drive productivity while upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance.

Please note that the contractual location for this role can be Falmer or Chatham. Our sites are based in Kent, Sussex and Hampshire and you will be required to attend sites within these areas on a daily basis. The contractual hours for the role is 45...
