Site Supervisor - Tier 2 Builder

Tier 2 builder who specialise in Commercial & Education projects are looking for an experienced all round Site Supervisor to join the business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Oversee the excavation, structure and finishes phases of the project
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basis
• Act as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership roles
