CELOTTI   WORKFORCE is seeking a hands-on Supervisor – Concrete Tilt Panel Erection to lead and deliver high-quality tilt panel installation on commercial and industrial projects in Hervey Bay. 

Our client is a leading construction company specialising in commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, delivering quality outcomes on time and on budget across Queensland and Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise tilt panel erection works from mobilisation through to practical completion
• Coordinate cranage, rigging crews, dogmen and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient panel lifts
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, lift plans, SWMS and site safety requirements
• Manage daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and on-site safety briefings
