About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at HKC UNITY SDN BHD', a leading construction company based in Ulu Tiram Johor. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and supervising construction activities on-site, including monitoring progress, managing resources and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
2. Communicating with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and the timely completion of tasks
3. Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the construction process, and implementing corrective actions as needed
