Site Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to help support our business. The successful candidate must have a good driving abstract and be able to provide as such.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the entire Security Team.
• Scheduling.
• Evaluate and document employees' performance and provide feedback to Skanna Management.
• Reports directly to Client/Skanna Management.
• Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/Skanna Management.
• Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are doing their assignments correctly.
• Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans.

Requirements

• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be flexible.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience.
