Job Description

The Role

This role will be working for one of the largest privately owned construction firms in the UK and they are looking for a Civils Supervisor working within the Waste Network working on projects throughout London.
The role as a supervisor, you will oversee up to three teams working on minor sewer improvement projects throughout London.

Here are some of the activities that you will be involved in…

  • Leading, motivating and developing your team
  • Meeting contractual obligations in terms of safety, compliance, timelines and budgets
  • Coordinating and organising services before teams start work
  • Identifying traffic management needs
  • Communicating with property owners regarding access plans
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure teams are adhering to required HSEQ standards
  • There will be risk assessments to complete, incident reports to write up and team briefings or toolbox talks to facilitate
