Site Supervisor (Water & Wastewater Treatment)

Job Summary : We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and maintain multiple Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sites across Goa. The role involves supervising on-site operations, ensuring smooth functioning of water and wastewater treatment plants, coordinating maintenance activities, and handling client communication. Job Responsibilities : Supervise daily operations and maintenance at multiple AMC sites (STP, ETP, WTP, RO plants, etc.). Ensure proper functioning of pumps, blowers, filters, dosing systems, and control panels. Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Maintain records of site visits, maintenance logs, and service reports. Coordinate with technicians, electricians, and plumbers for site work. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards. Interact with clients, housing societies, hotels, industries, and commercial establishments.
