The successful candidate will provide on-site HR support for seasonal and outsourced workforce management across client locations, ensuring compliance, professionalism, and alignment with TopFloor’s brand values. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, statutory returns, and employee file management with precision and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support recruitment and selection of seasonal/casual staff ensuring:
• Age eligibility, valid NRC, physical fitness, and work ethic
• Assist with contract explanation and documentation
• Assist Prepare and update employee files with valid documentation
• Conduct induction sessions for new staff
