Site Support Specialist, Camp Hansen

Provide on-site presence to support classes offered by all UMGC offices on base, primarily Camp Hansen, Camp Schwab, and Torii Station

Open and secure building entrances and classrooms 

Responsible for setting-up UMGC live streaming (LS) equipment prior to LS classes, serving as first-level trouble shooting technical support and coordination with Technical Support to immediately respond to LS issues, and securing LS equipment at the end of class meetings 

Ensure that building rules are abided by UMGC students and that all UMGC labs/rooms are clean and presentable
