Site Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and engineering surveys using advanced surveying instruments and technology (e.g., Total Station, GPS, LiDAR, drones).
• Verify legal boundaries and prepare cadastral surveys in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Produce survey plans, maps, and reports for use in design, construction, and legal documentation.
• Certify survey documents and lodge plans with relevant government authorities.
• Interpret engineering and architectural drawings to provide accurate site setting-out and alignments.
• Monitor construction progress through as-built surveys and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Supervise and mentor survey assistants, technicians, and junior surveyors.
• Manage survey records, databases, and digital mapping systems (GIS, CAD).
• Provide expert advice to clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and government authorities.
