Site Surveyor

Summary of the Job: Collaborate with the Assistant Site Development Manager and Supervisor to achieve the target. Performs actual site saturation or survey and recommends the best location for new stores. Follow the area of assignment and schedule given by the Site Development Manager or Supervisor.

Job Description:

• Supports Assistant Site Development Manager and Supervisor in ensuring efficiency and productivity of the department
• Reports daily activities to the immediate head
• Site Acquisition
• Performs saturation or checking of the target area based on approved criteria
• Recommend sites for checking and approval
• Obtain basic details of the property and endorse to immediate head

Others:

• Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
• Support management decisions, requirements and expectations
