Site Surveyor – NEWCORE INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL, INC.

• College degree related to Drafting, Architectural, or Civil Engineering
• Has at least 1 year experience related to the field
• Familiarity with CAD and drafting software and tools
• Excellent drafting and technical skills
• Civil, MEP, and structural drafting experience
• Background with Structural Principles and methods is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel to different locations

• Gather on-site data using surveying instruments.
• Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baseline, elevations, and other geodetic measurements including topological surveys, elevation surveys, geodetic grids, property boundaries, and terrain.
