Requirements:
Duties include:
- National Diploma or BTech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge in FIDIC Red Book
- Experience of site management
Duties include:
- Attending to FIDIC Red Book contractual matters
- Manage all contractual letters, early warnings etc.
- Drafting and submitting the fortnightly and monthly reports, i.e. progress reports, look ahead reports...
- Ensure compliance with the contract
- Attend weekly site meetings
- Drafting of claims
