A bit about the role:

Reporting to the Site General Manager and aligned with the Head of TPM, this role leads the execution of Total Productive Management (TPM) and Continuous Improvement initiatives across site. You will embed TPM principles into daily operations, driving improvements in reliability, quality,safetyand efficiency while building a culture focused on zero defects, zero injuries and 100% employee involvement.
