Sitecore Personalize & CDP Manager

Job description

We are seeking a hands‑on Sitecore Personalize & CDP Manager to own the day‑to‑day administration, optimization, and evolution of our personalization and customer data platform capabilities.

This individual will serve as the primary owner of Sitecore Personalize and Sitecore CDP, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Engineering teams to drive audience strategy, segmentation, experimentation, customer journeys, and platform adoption. While implementation and technical coordination remain important, the primary focus of this role is ongoing platform ownership, personalization execution, and business impact.

Candidates must have direct, hands‑on experience working within Sitecore Personalize and Sitecore CDP environments.
