Six Feather - Clinic Manager (Thunder Bay)

Position Summary

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and day-to-day operations of the Six Feathers Clinic. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe, and patient-centered primary care services to Keewaytinook Okimakanak (KO) First Nations members living in or traveling to Thunder Bay and surrounding areas. The Clinic Manager oversees an interdisciplinary team of nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, physiotherapists, and administrative staff, ensuring effective collaboration, efficient clinic operations, and alignment with Keewaytinook Okimakanak’s strategic priorities and Indigenous model of care.
