Responsibilities

-Responsible for managing daily operations of the aquaponic system, ensuring optimal fish health, plant growth, system efficiency.
-Cultivate plant in dedicated equipment, use water as medium (hydroponic)
-Plant variety: leafy vegetables, herbs and others.
-Monitor water quality (pH, temperature, etc)
-Conduct daily inspection of pumps, filter, aeration system and ceramic balls. Carry out cleaning job when necessary.
-Make sure the water flow from fish tank to hydroponic system and flow back to fish tank after nitrification process is completed.
-Oversee fish health and growth tracking and mortality rate
-Monitor plant growth performance
-Identify and troubleshoot fish growth problem.
-Carry out R&D for new crops, or system design for productivity improvement
-Design aquaponic system, build pilot sample and prepare the drawings (including oversea project).
