Skilled Emergency Medical Responder Position

MHS – West is looking for a dedicated Emergency Medical Responder to enhance patient care. This permanent position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and professional conduct.
In this role, you will operate MHS – West vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards and are ready for response. You’ll interact directly with patients and collaborate with various agencies while adhering to health regulations. Key tasks include documenting care and maintaining educational competencies in accordance with the Alberta College of Paramedics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality patient care as per Occupational Competency Profile
• Operate MHS – West vehicles according to guidelines
• Keep vehicles fully stocked and ready for use
• Work with agencies to ensure patient safety
• Create accurate and timely ePCR documentation
Requirements:
• Completion of High School Diploma or G.E.D.
