You work closely with equipment operators to ensure safe, efficient site preparation and drilling activities, while maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. The position offers hands-on experience with drilling tools and construction equipment, as well as opportunities for long-term career growth into lead, foreman, and driller roles.
