Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ conditions
• Develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes
• Work closely with health care providers for optimal care
• Mentor and guide Rehab Assistants as needed

• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
