Our client is looking for - A full-time on-site, in office, offering no remote or no hybrid role located in Bethlehem, PA for a Skilled Trades Recruiter. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process. This includes everything from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. You will work closely with departments to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver top-quality talent to fill their roles such as Welders, Fabricators, Maintenance Mechanics, and CNC Machinists and more! You have the opportunity to build your niche!
