Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Master Vto contribute to our fish farming operations in Cone Bay, Western Australia. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical skills, operational expertise, and the ability to inspire and guide a team in a dynamic environment.
What you will be doing:
Safely operate and manage vessel operations in compliance with maritime regulations.
Oversee mooring, towing pens, and installation of nets and pen rigging.
Coordinate crane operations and rigging activities.
Ensure smooth fish farming operations, including pen maintenance and site logistics.
Lead and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and safety-focused culture.
What you will need:
Master V & MED 2 (Essential)
Crane operation tickets
