We are currently looking to employ an experienced Skipper to join our fleet operating out of Saldanha Bay on the West Coast.
POSITION: SKIPPER 
REPORTING TO: FAS FLEET MANAGER
PURPOSE: To oversee the operation of the fishing vessel, ensuring the safety of the crew, managing the
fishing activities and navigating the vessel to optimal fishing grounds.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL AUTHORITIES
➢ Total compliance with safe manning, all SAMSA, Maritime OSH, Class regulations
and requirements.
