This role focuses on driving revenue for Slack in the Enterprise and Commercial segments. The successful candidate will create, navigate, and close opportunities while ensuring customer success with Slack.

Responsibilities
  • Drive ACV within the Enterprise and Commercial segments by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities, and making our customers successful with Slack.
  • Provide recommendations based on discovery of a customer’s business needs.
  • Lead multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Slack buying cycle.
  • Drive revenue through execution of consistent processes and use of sales tools.
  • Balance inbound customer communication and advance appropriately.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas.
