Responsibilities:
Vessel & Marine Operations
Oversee daily operations of slop vessels engaged in deslopping and desludging activities within Singapore waters and PSA ports.
Coordination with Headquarters is required for operations conducted in Malaysia or at OPL.
Ensure all vessel operations comply with MPA, PSA, NEA, and port authority regulations.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate vessel deployment, job assignments, and operational manpower.
Monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption, equipment condition, and operational readiness.
Act as the key point of contact for marine operations, port authorities, agents, and clients.
Deslopping & Desludging Operations
Supervise deslopping and desludging activities from ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore operations.
Ensure proper handling, transfer, storage, and disposal of sludge, slop, and scheduled waste.
