Slot Attendants are some of our most valuable front line people and assist our slots customers in many ways. This position requires an individual who has strong interpersonal communication skills, is energetic, and a team player willing to learn new skills.

Ensure guests are provided with superior customer service
Adhere to policies and procedures outlined on the slot floor
Administer hand pay jackpots, bill exchanges with guests, machine maintenance including diagnosis of machine malfunctions, ticket games, and game diagnostics
Balance assigned daily cash float 
Identify and report counterfeit bills
