The Technology and Process Innovation team leads the following aspects within Weir, with a global remit, to bring new-to-Weir and new-to-mining flow sheets, product concepts, and technologies to benefit our customers:

• Build future technology pipeline

• Technology scouting & assessment

• Technology acquisitions

• Enterprise technology roadmap development and execution

• New sustainable solutions development

• Sustainable solutions delivery

• Technology partner development

• Process design, new flowsheet and product concepts development

• Promote and drive in-house innovation
